We recommend flying into either Naples or Rome.

Naples is a smaller airport and closer to the destination city of Amalfi. Rome is a larger airport about twice as far away as Naples. Both are excellent choices.

We also recommend looking into flying into other Europe cities during the same travel dates in June. Find the cheapest flights to Europe and then book a connecting flight from that city to Italy. You could cut the price in half.

Naples is a 1.5 hr drive to the wedding venue in Amalfi. Rome is a 3.5 hr drive to the wedding venue.

Rome by train to the wedding venue is roughly 3 hrs

For anyone interested the drive from Rome to Venice is 5.5 hrs. The train is roughly 4 hrs.
